Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Starting with a nutritious, satisfying breakfast can set the tone for the whole day—and since this recipe is full of vitamin-rich fruit and protein-packed DairyPure milk, it’s a great breakfast treat!

Ingredients

1 cup Dairy Pure Milk
1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana
1/4 cup chia seeds
 
 
Toppings:
 
Sliced bananas
Sliced strawberries
Slivered almonds
Chia seeds
Chocolate chips
Anything else that sounds good!

Instructions

  1. Blend your smoothie mixture together. It should be nice and thick. 
  2. Pour it into a small bowl and top with whatever toppings you like.
