For pudding

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup chia seeds

1 1/2 cups DairyPure® Milk50™ Chocolate

pinch of salt

 

To serve

plain or vanilla yogurt

cocoa nibs

fresh raspberries

How to

In a medium bowl, whisk together all pudding ingredients until combined. Let mixture rest for 10-15 minutes. Whisk once more, making sure to fully incorporate cocoa powder, then cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Stir pudding once more, then serve with yogurt, cacao nibs, and raspberries.
