No-Added-Sugar High Protein Crackle Chocolate Milk

Ingredients

2 tablespoons no-added-sugar semi-sweet style baking chips

1 ¾  cup DairyPure® Milk50™ Chocolate

How to

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish, such as a ramekin, in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring at each interval until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  2. Use the back of a spoon to evenly spread the melted chocolate around the inside of a soft, flexible plastic cup.
  3. Place the cup in the refrigerator for 5 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm but not brittle.
  4. Pour DairyPure® Milk50™ Chocolate into the cup and top with a lid.
  5. Squeeze the cup gently to crack the hardened chocolate into the chocolate milk. Enjoy!
